We recommend that individuals schedule regular checkups with a primary care physician to promote and maintain health, prevent disease, and to get counseling and further education about how to stay healthy.

We offer a customizable hormone replacement program for men and women to help relieve the typical symptoms associated with hormone deficiency as we age.

Services include visits for conditions such as sore throats, upper respiratory infections, influenza (flu), skin rashes, ear infections, eye infections, urinary tract infections (UTI), nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin infections, and other non-emergent, minor illnesses and injuries.

For many of our established patients, in-office appointments are unnecessary and inconvenient. We can perform many of our follow-up and sick visits remotely.

All primary care annual lab work and follow up labs are included for our members. We offer near cost pricing on lab work for our non-members. We have negotiated reduced-cost radiology services with multiple vendors for our members and non-members convenience.
